I’ve been featured in Spiegel, Welt and Süddeutsche Zeitung. I’ve been on ARD and Deutsche Welle and heralded a “figurehead” of innovation shifts.

 

My work includes helping Daimler to figure out solution for robotic efficiency, developing a sustainable sales strategy for Dynarep and creating an intercultural art project for Goethe-Institute and Volksbühne Berlin. And of course, opening the first alcohol-free bar in Germany, Zeroliq and promoting alcohol-free Lifestyle. 

 

I’m a business & creative mix. I combine user-orientation with experience design and business strategy helping companies to build and develop their business model, product and brand. 

 

My PhD Research in Business and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, completed Degree in Fashion Design and Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication Studies give me a strong knowledge base in venture creation, leadership, marketing and sales. Accomplished advanced track in Design Thinking ensures a precious toolkit and systematic mindset on user-centered approach, solution-oriented thinking and value creation. I am a certified Business Coach and Change Management Consultant, according to criteria of the international ISO-Standard. Also I was certified by Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as a business coach for digitalisation and innovation for SMEs. 

 

My career has rooted me in helping entrepreneurs to build and grow ventures at the cutting edge of innovation. In the past ten years I founded, grew and run three companies in Fashion, Art and Tech, consulted over 100 organisations and start-ups and conducted more then 300 workshops on business strategy. 

 

Beside consulting work, I taught Entrepreneurship, Creative Industries Management and Contemporary Management Thinking at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, SRH Berlin School of Popular Arts and European University Viadrina.  

 

Based in Berlin, I work both online and offline around the globe.
